The Lamarche family's organic orchard makes the Chantepom sparkling ciders (Cidre de pomme and Cidre de pomme rosé) and, under its 1880 Cidrerie Artisanale label, bottle-fermented ciders named for the months, such as Juin with strawberry and rhubarb, Octobre and the traditional-method Le Champenois, plus Souvenir Boréal dry gin, Souvenir de juin strawberry-rhubarb liqueur and Esprit de novembre apple eau-de-vie, all distilled from its own cider.
Verger Lamarche's packaged cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling"), gin, liqueur and apple eau-de-vie can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. Its site says its products have been distributed across Quebec since 1995 and its sales director covers Quebec and Ontario; we found no public statement about US sales.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026

Everything starts in the family orchard at "175 Montée du Village, Saint-Joseph-du-Lac", organic under Ecocert Canada since fall 2022: the Chantepom cider is "Fabriqué à partir de pommes biologiques de notre verger", and the gin and eau-de-vie are distilled from that cider "dans notre alambic à colonne".
