A family farm cidery making ciders from English and French cider apples: Dry (6.8%), Farmhouse, Keeved, a Pet-Nat, fruit and botanical ciders with lavender, ginger, quince and rhubarb, a perry from BC pears, and 12% barrel-aged sipping ciders finished in whisky, bourbon, port and sherry barrels.
