An Italian-inspired estate on the Vinemount Ridge making still wines such as Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Appassimento, Vidal and Cabernet icewines, Charmat-method sparklers like Momenti and Moscato, a Gala apple cider, and grappa-style graspa and Amar amaro from its own distillery in Lincoln, Ontario.

Vieni makes its wines at 4553 Fly Road in Lincoln, Ontario, where "Master winemaker Mauro Salvador takes the best of the many varietals grown on the estate to produce a broad and compelling range of still wines, ice wines and sparkling wines".

Their Appassimento is made from dried grapes "with a high alcohol content at 16 %" (Aglianico, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Vinemount Ridge); the 750 ml bottlings are still grape wine over 14%. The magnum is 1.5 L, still under 2 litres.
