A Béthanie winery making red, white, rosé and orange wines from Quebec-grown cold-hardy grapes, including Amphore Rouge and Amphore Blanc aged in stoneware and terracotta amphoras, Artisan Blanc and Réserve Rouge.

The founders planted Frontenac, Vidal, Marquette, Acadie and other cold-hardy vines on their Béthanie land and built their own cellar, with the first harvest on September 21, 2017.

Its still table wines are 12 to 12.5% alcohol: "Artisan Blanc CÉPAGES Acadie et Vidal ... INFORMATION 12% alc/vol." and Amphore Rouge 2021 is sold in bottles on its shop, so they fall under still wine of 14% or less in containers of 2 litres or less.
