The Joly family grows French hybrid grapes on its own two-hectare vineyard in Havelock: "7000 plants de vigne âgés de 15 à 20 ans repartis sur une superficie de deux hectares".

The Vidal icewine is "100%" Vidal at "9.6% alc./vol.", and the range includes still whites such as Seyval Blanc and reds such as Vinifera rouge, all under 14% in bottles.
