Coteau Rougemont makes ice cider (Cidre de Glace Grande Réserve, aged two years in French oak), a cidre de feu concentrated in its own sugar-shack evaporator, the ice perry Poiré de Glace, sparkling Bulles Poiré and Bulles Rosé Framboise, canned Fizz Poire, and a full range of wines: the Versant white, rosé and red, Chardonnays, a traditional-method Brut, pétillants naturels, late-harvest Vidal and Vidal and Frontenac Noir icewines; it also sells honey, jellies and maple products.
Coteau Rougemont's bottled and canned ciders and perries (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") and its packaged wines (HTS 2204.10.00 and 2204.21.50) can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22 to September 28, 2026. The Robert family's vineyard and orchard sit at "1110, La Petite-Caroline," in Rougemont, Quebec, on the side of Mont Rougemont; its ice cider is "élaboré à partir de nos propres pommes", and the family planted its first vines in 2008 and bottled its first wine in 2010.
