Vignoble Sainte-Catherine in the Eastern Townships makes Québec white, rosé and red wines, several aged in Italian amphorae or Austrian oak: Le Katevale, Le Ste-Cat, Coup de foudre (white and red), Rose d’Amphore and Le Ricardo et Darwin, plus a verjus.

Vignoble Sainte-Catherine's bottled still white, rosé and red wines (HTS 2204.21.50, "Wine other than Tokay (not carbonated), of an alcoholic strength by volume not over 14%"; all listed at 11% to 13.5%) can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026.
