Wave Maker's motto is "Beer With Soul": a couple of core beers, led by Lagerbier, an unfiltered Franconian-style lager also stocked at the LCBO, and a steady run of one-offs such as Orion, Slaughterjaw, Surfin' Cerveza, a lemonade IPA and a low-calorie Light with Apple, poured in its Preston taproom and sold to go.
Wave Maker's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. We have not found a public source on whether Wave Maker sold in the US; it sells from its taproom and through LCBO stores in Ontario.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.

Wave Maker brews at 639 Laurel Street in Cambridge, where visitors are "sitting right in with the brewing tanks"; founder and brewmaster Scott Pautler grew up nearby and wanted to open in Preston.
