A Beamsville Bench winery making Riesling (Estate, Dolomite, CSV and Riesling Dry), Chardonnay, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir, Riesling Icewine and Late Harvest, and traditional-method sparkling such as the CSV Blanc de Blancs and Dolomite Brut, from its vineyards on the Niagara Escarpment in Ontario.
Cave Spring's VQA still wines and icewine (HTS 2204.21.50) and its traditional-method sparkling wines (HTS 2204.10.00) can no longer ship to the US since the import ban of September 29, 2026, after a 50% duty from August 22 to September 28, 2026.
