Collective Arts' packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") and cider (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. The US had been a fifth of its business: co-founder Matt Johnston told CBC News in September 2026 that he had sent months' worth of beer south before the duty began, and that the plan now is to grow in Canada and other markets to make up for lost US sales.

You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
