Chairs with wooden frames (HTS 9401.69.60) have carried a 50% US duty since August 22, 2026, and roughly 70% of DFC Woodworks' customers are American. Owner François Bruneau told CP24 on September 3, 2026 that the next eight weeks alone bring $75,000 in duties he has to find.
