Barrie's long-running independent brewery, making bold canned beers such as Juicy Ass IPA, Plasma Lounge Tangerade Citrus DIPA, Light Moves Small IPA and Paranormal Imperial Pumpkin Ale, sold at its waterfront taproom, online, and through the LCBO, The Beer Store, grocers and Costco in Ontario.
Flying Monkeys's packaged beer (HTS 2203.00.00, "Beer made from malt") can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty that applied from August 22, 2026. The brewery has sold beyond Canada: its Barrie Chamber of Commerce member profile says "the Flying Monkeys export Ontario Craft Beer to over 17 different countries including the US and Asia", and its site names an "Out-of-Province & Export Sales Manager". We found no statement from the brewery about the duty or the ban.Source: whitehouse.gov, Sep 8, 2026
You must be of legal drinking age in your province to buy alcohol. Rules on shipping alcohol between provinces vary, so buy from the maker directly or through your provincial liquor store. We only link to makers; nothing is sold on this site.
