On the tariff list
- HTS 2204.21.20 · Effervescent grape wine, in containers holding 2 liters or less · 50% since Aug 22, 2026
The 2020 Rosé Reserve is fermented in the bottle and "gives the wine a slight effervescence", so it may classify as effervescent grape wine.
- HTS 2204.21.50 · Wine other than Tokay (not carbonated), of an alcoholic strength by volume not over 14%, in containers not over 2 liters · 50% since Aug 22, 2026
