Revel makes wild-fermented ciders from Ontario fruit and botanicals, among them Time and Place (a 6.5% apple cider in 355 mL cans), Sidro, and Chanter la Poire, a Normandy-style perry from foraged and Niagara pears. It also makes small-lot wines such as Arlo, a skin-fermented white, and seasonal vermouths like The Space Between Words.

Revel's ciders and perry (HTS 2206.00.15, "Cider, fermented, whether still or sparkling"), its wines and its vermouth can no longer ship to the US: the US import ban on listed Canadian alcohol took effect September 29, 2026, after a 50% Section 338 duty from August 22, 2026. The Globe and Mail reported on September 9, 2026 that founder Ibtisam Tariq relied on the US for about 10 per cent of his business, that his importer found further shipments unfeasible once the duty began, and that "His U.S. business has now completely stopped." If the restrictions last, he said he would consider having a producer package the cider in the US.

Everything is fermented at Revel's cidery and bottle shop at "62 Dawson Rd, Guelph ON, N1H1A8", from fruit it describes this way: "We collect and ferment every fruit and botanical that we can find in Ontario, from farms across the province, or foraged in the fields and forests around us." The Globe and Mail reports that "all the company's packaging is done in Ontario".
